yes, hihirita is right. You should be able to claim insurance, but it depends on how the doctor reports and how he writes the claim form, such as when the problem arised, so if it happens before you buy the insurance, then you can't claim, or if you do the surgery within the grace period, then you can't claim, OTHERWISE, should be alright.
In my case, it failed...coz I did it within the grace period...but it's OK, as long as my baby is alright and no more pain, because I am sure we can earn the money back.
